Job Description

Jersey Watch is hiring its first dedicated sales professional to drive customer growth for its youth sports SaaS platform. The company provides an all-in-one management system for sports leagues and clubs, helping them handle registration, scheduling, payments, communication, and websites in a single platform.

This is a fully remote, US-based role focused on converting self-serve users and inbound leads into paying customers, while also supporting outbound sales initiatives. You will act as a key link between potential customers and the product, guiding organizations through onboarding and helping them reach value quickly.

A major part of the role involves managing the entire sales funnel—handling inbound inquiries, running product demos, engaging trial users, and closing deals. You will also collaborate closely with customer support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success, especially in early-stage usage.

As the first sales hire, you will help define the company’s sales processes, messaging, and outreach strategies. The role offers high autonomy, ownership, and influence over how the sales function is built.

The company emphasizes a consultative, customer-focused sales approach tailored to volunteer-run sports organizations. Strong communication skills, organization, empathy, and self-management are essential. Prior sales experience (2+ years) is required, along with comfort using phone, email, and virtual meetings.
