Job Description
We are hiring a Remote Data Entry Clerk to help manage and update company data and records. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently.
Responsibilities
- Enter and update data in company systems and databases
- Review and correct data errors when needed
- Verify information from source documents
- Organize files and maintain accurate records
- Perform regular data backups
- Work with team members to resolve data issues
- Keep sensitive information secure and confidential
Requirements
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good communication and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
