Job Description

We are looking for an Inside Sales Manager for our cleaning company serving high-end clients in South Florida and New York.

Your main job is to respond to incoming leads, provide quotes, and turn inquiries into confirmed bookings. This is a fast-paced sales role where quick communication and strong closing skills are important.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday

10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (U.S. Time)

Requirements

  • Experience in sales or handling inbound leads
  • Good communication and closing skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Organized and responsible
  • Goal-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

  • Respond quickly to calls, messages, and inquiry forms
  • Follow up with leads and close bookings
  • Prepare accurate quotes for customers
  • Keep track of all leads in the CRM
  • Coordinate with the scheduling team to confirm availability
  • Help increase booking value when possible
  • Ensure no lead is missed or forgotten

Performance Measurement

Your success will be measured by:

  • Number of bookings closed
  • Revenue generated
  • Response speed
  • Conversion rate
  • Same-day bookings

Salary & Bonuses

  • Base Salary: $500/month
  • Performance Earnings: $2,500 – $3,500+
  • Total Potential Income: $3,000 – $4,000+ per month
