Job Description
We are looking for an Inside Sales Manager for our cleaning company serving high-end clients in South Florida and New York.
Your main job is to respond to incoming leads, provide quotes, and turn inquiries into confirmed bookings. This is a fast-paced sales role where quick communication and strong closing skills are important.
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (U.S. Time)

Responsibilities
- Respond quickly to calls, messages, and inquiry forms
- Follow up with leads and close bookings
- Prepare accurate quotes for customers
- Keep track of all leads in the CRM
- Coordinate with the scheduling team to confirm availability
- Help increase booking value when possible
- Ensure no lead is missed or forgotten
Performance Measurement
Your success will be measured by:
- Number of bookings closed
- Revenue generated
- Response speed
- Conversion rate
- Same-day bookings
Salary & Bonuses
- Base Salary: $500/month
- Performance Earnings: $2,500 – $3,500+
- Total Potential Income: $3,000 – $4,000+ per month
