Job Description
Solé Bicycles is hiring a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead and execute full-cycle marketing operations across DTC eCommerce, retail stores, and B2B channels. This remote role (PST hours required) focuses on building scalable systems, driving revenue growth, and managing multi-channel marketing performance.
You will be responsible for planning and executing the overall marketing calendar, ensuring alignment across online sales, physical retail locations, and corporate/B2B initiatives. A core part of the role involves creating repeatable marketing systems, documented workflows, and structured campaigns across email, SMS, retail promotions, partnerships, and outbound outreach.
The position includes managing paid advertising performance (Meta and Google Ads), optimizing lifecycle marketing through Klaviyo, and analyzing data from tools like Shopify, GA4, and reporting platforms to guide strategy and decision-making. You will also lead cold outreach for partnerships, influencers, corporate clients, and co-marketing opportunities.
In addition, you will coordinate retail marketing efforts for physical stores, support B2B campaigns (especially hospitality and corporate gifting), and oversee product launches and website merchandising. Collaboration with creative teams is required to ensure consistent, high-quality brand execution
This role is highly execution-focused, requiring someone who can independently run campaigns, test new marketing ideas, and translate insights into actionable growth strategies while working closely with leadership.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in growth, marketing operations, or omnichannel marketing, ideally within eCommerce or lifestyle brands. Strong skills in paid media management, email/SMS marketing, analytics, outbound marketing, and marketing automation tools are essential.
